How We Began Our Journey

Dr. Manjot is a Yoga practitioner, Ph.D. on the topic of Yoga and Meditation, and focuses on sincere seekers and yoga practitioners mainly. He provides online as well as offline yoga sessions.
Although he studied basics of modern medicine and human body systems while pursuing a degree in dentistry, worked in public healthcare system, understood their strengths and drawbacks and eventually did Ph.D. on the topic of Yoga and started working in the field of yoga, he realized through the virtue of his personal yoga practice, the importance of daily yoga routine over the worldly degrees and certifications, even in the field of yoga itself. Manjot derives his knowledge form Nath tradition, in which he practiced.
Dr. Manjot, is mainly a Meditation Practitioner & Teacher, Counselor, Spiritual Mentor & Motivator. He teaches beginner to intermediate level of asanas and advance meditation practices while stressing upon the basic limbs of Ashtanga Yoga. He shares realised knowledge on Indian Philosophy, Psychology and tradition of Yoga. His level of yogic perfection can be best understood by few of many mystical experiences that he shares.
While teaching for past several years, integrated the much needed concepts from the field of yogic psychology, philosophy and meditation with the field of public health to bring about paradigm shift in the way the mental health is perceived.
Overall, he raised the awareness on mental health issues, solutions and resolutions through focused talks and other techniques at various platforms. Apart from the research in mental health, over the years he provided customized issue based counseling to hundreds of people of all ages to achieve the behavioral resolution to bring about the personal transformation.
